Withdrawal and Product Returns

You have the right to return the products you buy, free of charge and without having to inform us of the reason why you wish to return the products, within twenty days from the date you receive them. In this case, you only bear the direct cost of returning the products. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. without their packaging being unsealed or tampered with, together with the documents, the retail receipt and the packaging that accompanied the product. If the products are returned, your refund will be completed within thirty days from the date we receive the products. After the 20 days have passed, the official representatives of Greece for the brands they represent become responsible for any claims, and they cover with the warranty that comes with your watch, any kind of problem that may arise.
