Shipping methods
Senza.gr can serve customers from all over Greece. All orders over €29 are shipped free of charge to all cities in Greece, in cooperation with a courier company, without the slightest charge to you. For orders under €29 there is a charge of €2.50.
Your orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.
In the event that your order cannot be executed due to force majeure (bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.), we will contact you to let us know if you wish to complete it.
Please note that for mileage distances of more than 20 km from cities where the courier is based as well as some remote islands there may be an additional charge.
Product returns
You have the right to change or return the products you have purchased, without having to inform us of the reason why you wish to change the products, within 14 days of receiving them with a full refund of the amount you paid excluding transport and cash on delivery.
In this case, you only bear the direct cost of returning the products. Changes are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. without their packaging being unsealed or tampered with, along with the retail receipt.
Watch warranties
Regarding the warranties that cover the watches, it is useful to know the following.
• The warranty on all watches covers only the machine and its duration is two years.
• Any damage to glasses, bracelets, crowns, clasps, straps are not covered by warranty.
• The battery is not covered by warranty.
• After your purchase from our store, the official agencies of Greece become responsible for any claims you may have, which also cover your watch with a guarantee in case of any problem.
• Although our store is not obliged to mediate the service of your watch, it undertakes it at your service, but it cannot know in advance its charge and its delivery time.

10 BAR (100m - 10 ATM): Resistance to diving up to 20 meters deep
20/30 BAR (200/300m - 20/30 ATM): Resistance to diving deeper than 20 meters
